Refund and Cancellation

  • All requests must be submitted within 10 days after the order's delivery
  • The goods cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a genuine manufacturing problem.

For Exchanges

  • Please repack the item safely.
  • After receiving your email request, we will contact our logistics partners to schedule a pick-up within 3-5 business days.
  • Following confirmation of pick-up, your exchange will be delivered within 12 to 15 business days.

For Refunds

  • All refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the products being received.
  • Customers need to provide us with their ban details to initiate the return.
  • The amount of the refund will not include any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase.
  • Cash free will execute refunds, and you can choose to take the money by your selected payment method (only bank, card, or wallet).

CANCELLATION POLICY
