For Exchanges
- Please repack the item safely.
- After receiving your email request, we will contact our logistics partners to schedule a pick-up within 3-5 business days.
- Following confirmation of pick-up, your exchange will be delivered within 12 to 15 business days.
For Refunds
- All refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the products being received.
- Customers need to provide us with their ban details to initiate the return.
- The amount of the refund will not include any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase.
